Mix:
3 TBSP SAF yeast
5 1/2 c. warm water
2 TBSP salt
7 c. whole wheat flour
Knead 10 min.
Add: 5 to 6 cups white flour one at a time until dough pulls away from the sides of the mixer.
Bake: 425 F for 8 min
Bake: 350 F for 15 - 20 min.
Makes 4 loaves.
