Peach Cobbler

2 QTS peaches or 2(29 oz) cans of peaches sliced or drained
(2 cans of apple or cherry pie filling can be used)

Spray a 9X13 pan with cooking spray.

Pour sliced peaches in bottom of pan.

Mix together the following dry ingredients.

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder

Add 2 cubes butter or margarine - cut butter into the above dry ingredients with a pastry blender or fork.

Add 2 eggs - blend slightly with fork.

Spread the topping mixture over top of peaches. Bake at 375 F for 30-35 min. Serve with ice cream or whipped topping.
