4 c. dry apple slices
3 c. water
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 cinnamon
2 to 3 TBSP cornstarch
Mix water, sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon and cornstarch in a saucepan.
Heat until thick, then add the 4 cups of dry apples. Simmer on low heat about 10 min. Use as pie filling or for cobbler.
And you thought I'd never post them....
